Prices & Payments

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£), Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (€) inclusive of 25% VAT.
There are no fees when using credit cards on this website.

The following creditcards are accepted: Dankort / Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will not be withdrawn from your creditcard before the order is shipped.

You can also pay by Direct Bank Transfer, and in that case, the order will not be shipped before the payment is registered on our bank account.

Shipping & delivery

All of our orders are shipped and sent from Denmark. We endeavor to send out orders as soon as possible, no later than maximum one week after the order has been made. Expected shipping time is approximately one week.

Our shipping prices are:
Orders shipped to EU: £10
Orders shipped to rest of the world: £20

Please be aware that we can not take responsibility for any import taxes and duties related to your country.

Returns

When shopping at theaggerfoundation.org, you can request a return of your purchase in the webshop within 14 days. In addition, you have another 14 days to return the product – please note, that you must pay for your return by yourself.

Please note that the return policy only counts for the standard products in the webshop. Auctions are special items, and are therefore not returnable at all. Donations can’t be refunded either.

Used items can’t be returned, and we expect you to wrap and pack your return carefully to ensure that your returned purchase will not get damaged.

You can request a return of your purchase within 14 days after delivery. You as the customer have additional 14 days to return the product for your own expense.

Only unused items can be returned – Include a copy of the original invoice. Please wrap and pack very carefully to ensure your returned product will not be damaged during shipping.

24 months guarantee

When shopping at www.theaggerfoundation.org, you have 24-month warranty. This means, that you can get replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, all depending on the circumstances. It is naturally required, that the complaint is fair and that the defect is not caused by misuse of the product.

In all other aspects the Danish Sale of Goods Act about lack rules apply to purchases.

Complaints about the products must take place atleast within two months after you’ve discovered the defect. We will refund the freight costs, but only if the complaint is justified. The product must be sent to:

Please add a detailed description of the product’s condition and its problems. Remember to wrap your purchase carefully, to avoid further damage during the shipping. Please also get a receipt for the shipment, so we can pay for your shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

Your privacy mean everything to us. When purchasing on our webshop, we have to collect several informations about you – your name, your address, e-mail and other contact details to execute your order. These informations will never be shared with any third parties, and are only visible for The Agger Foundation.

All the information you have to provide is only used to ensure the best possible experience. All your information is strictly private and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
Because of the Danish Accountancy Law we have to keep a record of this information for 5 years and according to the Danish Data Protection Act you have the right to know which information is kept. For any information about that, just contact us. All payment information is entered through an encrypted and secure SSL line by ePay Payment Solutions.

By using this website, you automatically accept the use of cookies. We uses cookies in order to store contents in the basket, and to generally improve our website and make it as user-friendly as possible.
