Prices & Payment
All prices are in British pounds (£), Danish kroner (DKK) and euros (€) including 25% VAT.
There are no fees for using credit cards on this site.

The following credit cards are accepted: Dankort / Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will not be deducted from your credit card until the order has been shipped.

You can also pay via direct bank transfer, in which case the order will not be shipped until the payment has been registered in our bank account.

Shipping & delivery
All our orders are shipped and shipped from Denmark. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, no later than one week after the order is placed. Expected delivery time is approximately one week.

Our shipping prices are:
Orders shipped to EU: £10
Orders shipped to the rest of the world: £20

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any import taxes and duties related to your country.

Return
When you shop at theaggerfoundation.org, you can request a return of your purchase in the webshop within 14 days. In addition, you have an additional 14 days to return the product – please note that you will have to pay for your return yourself.

Please note that the return policy only applies to standard products in the webshop. Auctions are special items and therefore cannot be returned. Donations are also non-refundable.

Used items cannot be returned and we expect you to pack and wrap your return carefully to ensure that your returned purchase is not damaged.

You can request to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You as the customer have an additional 14 days to return the product at your own expense.

Only unused items can be returned - please include a copy of the original invoice. Pack and wrap very carefully to ensure your returned product is not damaged during shipping.

24 month warranty
When you shop at www.theaggerfoundation.org, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get a replacement, refund or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances. It is of course required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by misuse of the product.

In all other respects, the Danish Sales of Goods Act applies regarding defects in purchases.

Complaints about the products must be made no later than two months after you have discovered the defect. We will refund the shipping costs, but only if the complaint is justified. The product must be sent to:

Please include a detailed description of the product's condition and any issues. Remember to pack your purchase carefully to avoid further damage during shipping. Also, get a receipt for the shipment so that we can pay your shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. When you shop on our webshop, we need to collect more information about you – your name, address, email and other contact details to fulfill your order. This information will never be shared with

third parties and are only visible to The Agger Foundation.

All information you provide will only be used to ensure the best possible experience. All your information is strictly private and processed in accordance with consumer and data protection laws.
Due to the Danish Accounting Act, we must store this information for 5 years, and according to the Danish Data Protection Act, you have the right to know what information is stored. For information about this, simply contact us. All payment information is entered through an encrypted and secure SSL line by ePay Payment Solutions.
